At 3H Mentoring, we believe that voice deserves to be heard — and guided. That’s why we match you with mentors who’ve walked their own winding paths, faced setbacks, learned lessons, and still kept moving forward. They’re here not to tell you who to be, but to help you see what’s possible for you.
A mentor is someone who listens when you’re unsure, encourages you when things get hard, and reminds you that failure is just a step toward growth. They’ll share not only what worked for them, but also the mistakes that shaped them. Through their experience, you’ll begin to find your own direction — one that fits your unique story.
We call it the 3H way — Head, Heart, and Hands:

In order to become and mentee and be assigned a mentor, register for the program and meet with the school counselor. They’ll walk you through what to expect, the commitment involved, and how to make the most of your mentoring relationship.
This isn’t just about signing up for a program — it’s about saying yes to growth, to hope, and to the idea that your journey matters.
